Neodeus is a team of problem solvers, systems architects, domain modellers and engineers. We have spent our careers inside the ecosystems of state governments, universities, departments, district administrations and businesses, turning policy intent and business practice into platforms people can trust.

We started Neodeus to bring that discipline to the organisations that need it most: businesses whose core work does not fit a standard ERP, and public bodies that need systems to apply rules fairly and transparently.

Our leadership brings 24+ years of designing, building and sustaining large public and enterprise systems. That experience spans state school and higher-education administration, agriculture and dairy, fleet and logistics, core banking, fintech and lending, and accounting systems.

• Worked alongside senior administrators to convert policy into transparent, citizen-centric platforms.
• Re-engineered processes for whole departments and university networks before building systems for them.
• Built domain and data models that serve as the single source of truth across multiple systems.
• Trained in design thinking and UX, and in ISO 9001 quality and ISO 27001 information-security auditing.
• Represented Indian e-governance and education technology work at international forums in Canada, Germany, France, the UK, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
